SPECIAL TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

COMMUNITY SERVICE BUILDING

EASTPORT, MICHIGAN

 

Present:  Parker, Schultz, Martel and Windiate

Absent:  Tomlinson

Audience: None

Assessor’s Office

Community Service Building

 

THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING IS TO WORK ON ITEMS 2A AND 2B ONLY.

 

Other issues, which would normally come before a regular meeting of the Board will only be acted upon if the full board is present and there is a need for urgency.

 

Meeting convened at 5:47 PM

 

  1. Citizen Commentary:  None

 

  1. A.  General Fund Budget 2010-2011.  Work continues  with review of Budget handout dated February 11, 2010, which includes updates  from the previous meeting.  No formal action was taken at this time.  The next meeting will be February 18, 2010 in the Conference Room or Assessor’s Office and will begin at 5:30 PM.

 

  1. Board Commentary:  None

 

  1. Citizen Commentary:  None

 

  1. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
