SPECIAL TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

COMMUNITY SERVICE BUILDING

EASTPORT, MICHIGAN

 

Present:  Parker, Schultz, Martel and Windiate

Absent:  Tomlinson

Audience:  One

Conference Room

Community Service Building

 

THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING IS TO WORK ON ITEMS 2A AND 2B ONLY.

 

Other issues, which would normally come before a regular meeting of the Board will only be acted upon if the full board is present and there is a need for urgency.

 

Meeting convened at 5:40 PM

 

  1. Citizen Commentary:  None

 

  1. A.  General Fund Budget 2010-2011.  Work began with review of Budget handout dated February 3, 2010.  No formal action was taken at this meeting.  Future meeting dates were discussed.  The following dates are scheduled:  February 9, February 11 and February 18, 2010.  The meetings will be in the Conference Room or Assessor’s Office and will begin at 5:30 PM.

  1. Citizen Commentary:  None

 

  1. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
