SPECIAL TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

COMMUNITY SERVICE BUILDING

EASTPORT, MICHIGAN

 

Present:  Parker, Schultz, Martel and Windiate

Absent:  Tomlinson

Audience:  1

 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL MEETING IS TO WORK ON ITEMS 2 A AND B ONLY.  OTHER ISSUES WHICH WOULD NORMALLLY COME BEFORE A REGLUAR MEETING OF THE BOARD WILL ONLY BE ACTED UPON IF THE FULL BOARD IS PRESENT AND THERE IS A NEED FOR URGENCY.

 

  1. Citizen Commentary:  There was none.

 

  1. Meeting convened at 5:45 PM.
    1. Work continues on the General Fund budget. There was discussion on ways to save, such as fewer meetings for the Planning Commission and ZBA.  No formal action was taken at this time.
    2. Work begins on the EMS budget. Discussion.  No formal action taken at this time.
  2. There was no Board commentary
  3. There was no Citizen commentary
  4. With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9: PM.
